Moving Strong Medical Exercise, LLC

In-home Medical Exercise Training tailored to your special needs and budget.

We know that moving more makes everything in the body feel and work better, but not everyone can exercise with ease or free of pain. Chronic illnesses, joint problems, and advanced age can make it a daunting task to exercise regularly no matter how much we know about the benefits. Medical exercise training provides solutions and alternatives to the traditional exercise prescriptions many people are accustomed to seeing in the media. Those programs are just not practical when you have challenges. You need something different and more personal. You need a program that is both achievable and tailored to your specific conditions and limitations. Above all you want to be sure that what you are doing is safe and that you are not at risk for injury. You just want to get stronger and feel better. Sometimes it can be complicated.

Individualized medical fitness programs are designed based on a team effort. Your healthcare team. You choose who you want to provide input and feedback and they will be given the opportunity to be a part of your success. They will be encouraged to provide their expertise and input to determine the best course of action to get you moving again. Your results matter and can be as simple as increased time moving every week all the way to a full health and fitness transformation. Your team will be kept in the loop as your progress is tracked and documented.

You will start exactly where you are no matter the level of your ability and function. Basic and understandable and effective. You set the pace. With encouragement and a tailored program, you can rebuild and restore your health and strength. You will be moving strong again. You just need to start.

Anyone can do workouts in their home no matter the size of the space or budget. You may just need to be shown the possibilities. Holly can assist with fitness equipment purchases for your home gym, and will help you create workout space in your home using basic and inexpensive equipment. Having a trainer show up to your home is the best part. No need to drive and you can stay consistent with your program. It is this consistency that will assure a positive outcome.
